The model number lives on a sticker inside the door, on the inner frame, or on the back of the unit. Photo of the sticker is even better — email it after the call if you have time.
A year is fine. Age helps us decide whether to load common-failure parts for that production year on the truck (especially for the Samsung and LG generations covered in the Atlanta brand-reliability findings).

Codes like Samsung 22E, LG OE, Whirlpool F2 dramatically narrow the diagnosis. Read it off the screen exactly — no need to interpret.
Street address (or at minimum the zip code) and your earliest available two-hour window. Dispatch confirms a slot before the call ends.
Once the intake call is complete, here is exactly what to expect on the day of service.
You receive a text confirming the two-hour arrival window and the tech’s name within 15 minutes of the intake call ending.
The technician arrives in a marked BJE truck, runs the failure tree, and writes a fixed quote on the spot. Approve before any tool comes out.
For high-failure parts already on the truck, the repair finishes in one visit. If a special-order part is needed, the second visit is scheduled before we leave.
The appliance runs a full functional cycle before payment. You receive an emailed receipt with the 90-day warranty terms the same day.
Six counties form our daily delivery grid. Within these counties we can usually reach an address the same business day. Just outside the ring, give us a call — we route there several times per week.
